SH ELTO N, Director <br />March 24, 1986 <br />Mr. Bob Weaver <br />P.O. 772 <br />Gunnison, Colorardo 81230 <br />Re: Technical Revision No. 1 - Revised Water tdonitoring Program to OC No. 2 <br />Mine (Our File No. C-80-002) <br />Dear Mr. Weaver: <br />We have received your technical revision application to revise your permit. <br />Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by the <br />Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et seq., have <br />been submitted; thus your revision application has been deemed complete for <br />the purposes of filing on the above date. All review and comment periods as <br />provided in the Act and Regulation promulgated thereunder initiate from this <br />date of filing. <br />A copy of the technical revision application, must be filed for public <br />inspection with the Gunnison County Clerk and Recorders Office. Any <br />subsequent changes or additions must also be made in this copy. <br />The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted with the application has been <br />found to be satisfactory. You should commence publication of this <br />advertisement as specified in Rule 2.08.4(5)(b) of the Regulations. Proof of <br />the publication of the advertisement must be filed with the Division as soon <br />as available after the publication date. <br />The staff is currently reviewing your application to determine whether the <br />items you have submitted are adequate in terms of meeting the requirements for <br />purposes of adequacy. You will be notified as to the Division's findings of <br />adequacy or inadequacy of your revision application.
