Loye: <br />III IIIIIIIIIIIII III <br />999 <br />Thank you for your letter of October 29, 1982, which stated that tiie <br />technical revision to the Buffalo R1 Mine and the amendment to the <br />Buffalo N2 Dfine were bath approved by the Dfined Land Reclamation Board. <br />I enjoyed working with you on these two items. <br />In that same letter you made a suggestion that in the future Robco should <br />plan their operation such that appropriate permit amendments are applied <br />for and approved before any given operation expands beyond permitted <br />boundries. This is exactly tahat Robco has done. Please note that in <br />the letter dated August 13, 1982, I stated that the mining area north <br />of the county road is divided into two parts because of the different <br />ownerships. This was approved by the board in 1978. If you will look <br />at the Buffalo bl and 1r2 mine maps I sent you showing the areas that <br />were disturbed post-law, you will notice that Robco is well within the <br />five acres described in both permits. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerly, <br />~1GLJ j <br />cc: L.
