The request was <br />deemed complete by this Division on September 10, 1997. The release request is for sixty (60) percent <br />of the applicable bond to be released for reclamation work completed at the former main facility site of <br />the Golden Eagle Mine. The area included in this request is entirely south of Highway 12 at this <br />location. Reclamation performed and included in this request consists of backfilling, final grading, and <br />drainage control. The surface ownership is private, and the coal mined was federal and private. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon <br />as it has been scheduled.
