MANAGEMENT <br />As per our recent conversations, additional adequacy items regarding the referenced permit <br />revision are required. Following are Snowcap's responses to the DRMS' comments: <br />Additional Adeouacv Items: <br />DRMS requested that the text above the portal that reads "Steep rock face not <br />considered highwall" be removed from Exhibit 6C. <br />SCC: Amended Exhibit 6C is enclosed. <br />2. DRMS recommended that SCC demonstrate that they have completed any <br />".......necessary zoning or other changes required by local, State......land <br />management agencies". <br />SCC: Permit page 15-1 has been amended to discuss authorization required <br />from the Mesa County Department of Planning 8 Development for the proposed land <br />use by Providence Place Inc.
