"I-he Division received no <br />public comments on our decision to approve, with conditions, permit revision #3 (PR-03). <br />Therefore, our decision is now final and you may proceed with the activities as proposed <br />and approved. <br />Please be aware the you may not enter any Federal coal lease in the EMD prior to receiving <br />Federal mine Plan approval. My understanding at the this time is that this approval is <br />presently pending. <br />Please also be aware that the sti)lulation with regard w the unclennining and subsiding of <br />the railroad track needs to be satisfied shortly after entering the Federal coal.
