Beginning at the northwest corner of a <br />parcel of land owned by the County and recorded in Book 308, <br />Page 139. Thence due south 306.62 feet, thence due east 151.03 <br />feet, thence northeast 200.00 feet, thence due north 200.00 feet <br />thence due west 320.51 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Excluding a strip of land thirty feet (30') wide on the <br />southernmost boundary currently being used as the County's <br />access road. <br />The County agrees to grant use of the above described <br />parcel for a period of ten years from the date this agreement is <br />signed by the County. <br />The County agrees to remove all gravel material owned by <br />San Miguel County within six months from the date of this <br />agreement to allow Skelton, Inc. full use of the described <br />parcel. <br />Skelton, Inc. agrees to use the parcel of land for the sole <br />purpose of gravel storage unless otherwise approved in advance <br />by the Hoard of County Commissioners. <br />Skelton, Inc. also agrees to remove all material including <br />tires, iron and equipment from the parcel of land purchased by <br />the County known as the "Shaffer Pit" within six months from the <br />date of this agreement. <br />We, the undersigned, enter into this agreement by affixing <br />our signatures hereto: <br />~~~,~ <br />Bill Wenge Chair <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Dat ~- <br />AT ST: ~/r, , <br />/~ <br />6~ <br />L.
