~~~j ~ ~ • <br />RESOLUTION 1977- 35 <br />Pursuant to the Colorado Revised Statutes (1973), Title 30, <br />Article 28, Section 101 (10)(d), as amended, and Article 22 of the <br />San Miguel County Subdivision Regulations, the Board of County <br />Commissioners may grant an exemption to the subdivision provisions, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Leonard P. Hawkes owns a tract of land described as <br />the E'~ SW~C of Section 13, Township 95 North, Range 13 West, NMPM <br />containing 80.296 acres, and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Hawkes wishes to convey a parcel of land described <br />as the S~ SE~t SW: of said Section 13 containing 20.06 acres and <br />retain the remainder of the tract as one lot, and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Hawkes has granted access by an existing roadway <br />across the larger tract to the 20 acre parcel, and <br />WHEREAS, the County Planning Commission has reviewed this <br />request and made a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners <br />that an exemption to the Subdivision Regulations be granted, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County <br />Commissioners hereby finds that in this instance this division does <br />not constitute a subdivision of land with the definition set forth <br />in said Statutes. <br />Passed this ~/%`.- day of /~~,~-(.~. 1977. <br />,, <br />~ / <br />R.
