Please address the following <br />technical adequacy items that relate to the subject minor revision application. <br />Item 1. Rule 2.05.3(3)(a) Drawing EX49A-MS shows the reinstatement of an overflow line that was <br />deleted in MR 210. The revision listing on this drawing does not include the MR 210 revision. Please <br />resubmit this drawing to indicate the removal of the overflow line, with a most recent date of <br />revision in the revision list. <br />Item 2. Rule 2.05.3(3)(a) Two page 2.05-45.6e were submitted in the application. Please repaginate as <br />appropriate. <br />Item 3. Rule 2.05.3(3)(a) The reclamation cost estimate sheet submitted in the application had no page <br />number. It has been assigned page A-127, the next consecutive page number. This estimate submitted <br />is $38,583. The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) estimate for the reclamation <br />work is $28,804. The application will be advanced with the estimate submitted unless the Division is <br />advised otherwise. <br />An advance copy of this letter is being provided to you by e-mail. The current due date for a decision on <br />this application is November 17, 2006. Please request an extension to the due date for a decision on this <br />minor revision application so as to provide the Division with ten days after receipt of a response to this <br />adequacy letter.
