EXHIBIT E (Cont'd.)
' is complete, and that seed planting will be completed the follow-
ing April. During the remaining years of each reclamation phase
' (usually about 3-1/2 years), Robco will monitor the revegetative
growth to insure that reclamation as planned is successful.
' The soil stockpile areas will be reclaimed as soon as the
area is not necessary for stockpiling. Soil Stockpile 1 area
will be reclaimed after Stage 4 is resoiled, and soil Stockpile 2
' area will be reclaimed after Stage G is resoiled. Revegetation
will be the same as the rest of the area.
' The access roads will be ripped and revegetated as soon as
any segment of the road can be abandoned. Approximately half
' of the existing roads will be in use during the entire life of
' the mine, and reclamation mill occur at the same time as
reclamation of Phase 6.
' Reclamation Standards
' Backfilling and grading will create a topography that is
compatible with the final land use. Slopes will be a maximum of
' 2 to 1; most of the slopes will be flatter than 3 to 1.
This operation will have no drill holes or auger holers
1 that remain after reclamation. There are no addits or shafts.
' There are to be no earthen dams.
No toxic or acid-forming material will be encountered or
' used in this operation.
All refuse will be disposed of by hauling it away or by
' burying it in the backfill areas so that unsightliness and
' deleterious effects will be controlled.
16
