<br />7) Pages 43 -fourth paragraph. The narrative states that no private dwellings are located <br />within one-half mile of the Permit area. In fact the Durham house is located within one-half mile of <br />the Permit area and apre-blast survey of the Durham house has been completed. <br />8) Page 48 -First paragraph. Colowyo has permitted and built a number of small <br />depressions less than two acre-foot in capacity and with less than alive-foot embankment. <br />9) Page 48 -Second paragraph. Minor Revision Number 25 terminated the requirement to <br />monitor overburden swell factors. Permit page 4.14-2 describes our request to terminate this <br />requirement in the 1992 Annual Reclamation Report and the subsequent submittal of the Minor <br />Revision. <br />10) Page 51 -All references to a vegetative cover standard applicable to revegetation bond <br />release should refer to "herbaceous cover" rather than "total cover." We suggest that the <br />diversity standard discussion in the Findings Document should also be updated as well.
