The emission
calculations appear OK and I have passed the application on to Chuck Machovec
for modeling review.
However, it has been found that additional information is required as
indicated below:
1. I will need a lot more information on how Mountain Coal intents to
preclude the public from the area where receptors were excluded.
Photographs of the areas of steep topography showing the entire non-
fenced area would be helpful. Will there be no trespassing signs in
those areas not fenced? Will those areas be patrolled regularly? Is it
possible to walk onto the facility from off-site? If you intend to add
more fencing than what was submitted on the previous application, please
submit a map with those areas indicated.
The application will be held until receipt of the required information, at
which time processing 'Trill continue. If you have any questions please give me
a call at {303)-692-3168.
Sincerely yours,
R K Hancock III
Public Health Engineer
Stationary Sources Program
Air Pollution Control Division
