This source shall be limited to a maximum production rate as listed <br />below and all other activities, operational rates and numbers of <br />equipment as stated in the application. Annual records of the actual <br />production rate shall be maintained by the applicant and made available <br />to the Division for inspection upon request. <br />Production of concrete shall not exceed 150 cubic yards/hour or 50,000 <br />cubic yards/year. <br />5. Each time this equipment is moved to a new location within the State <br />of Colorado fora period of thirty (30) days or longer, the applicant <br />shall file a Revised Air Pollution Emission Notice at least thirty (30) <br />days prior to relocation. <br />6. All process equipment shall be maintained and operated so that there <br />is no leakage of air contaminants to the atmosphere prior to their <br />- treatment in the pollution control system. The emission control <br />equipment shall be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's <br />instructions to achieve a continuous control efficiency of at least <br />99.% for particulate matter. <br />7.
