Dear Mr. Griffith
On May 12, 2004, the Division of Minerals and Geology received one copy of Technical Revision No. 2, Request
to rescind the statements made in TR-1 and your request to revert back to the original approved Reclamation Plan,
for the Three Bells Pit, Permit No. M-1979-191. The Division cannot consider TR-2 until a second copy of the
entire revision is received.
This letter shall not be construed to mean that there aze no other technical deficiencies in your technical revision.
The Division will review your technical revision to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of
the Act after submittal of the second copy.
