Long <br />Division Direcor <br />On January 17.2001 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted <br />[o the Division on January 2, 2001, addressing the following: <br />Approval to thine the Ryolite deposit within the permit area by maintaining sloped highwalls at the <br />required d: I gradient so the pit walls wit! not need to be sloped at the end of mining activities. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M-1987-027. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1987-027 remain in full force and effect. <br />The Finanial Warranty liability amount for the Hardship Lode Quarry. has been estimated at $13,700.00. If you <br />have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $8,700.00 within 30 days from the date <br />of this letter.
