Enclosed are copies of the signed Request for Transfer <br />of Coal Permit and Succession of Operators, the Division's Findings in regard <br />to the request, and the approval notice for your files. <br />I regret the delay in forwarding the approval document and other papers to <br />you. Much of the material supplied by your client was received just prior to <br />March 1, 1991 so some time has been required to prepare the necessary forms <br />and secure the appropriate signatures etc. <br />Please be advised that this notice initiates a 30 day period during which any <br />person with an interest which is or may be adversely affected may request a <br />formal hearing on the decision. Such request shall be in writing and state <br />with reasonable specificity the reasons for the request and objections to the <br />decision.
