Long Din lion Director Pursuant to Tltle 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of Minerals and Geology hereby issues notice that on November 23, 1994, a technical revision application for a permit to conduct coal mining operations by Somerset Mining Company, P.O. Box 535, Somerset, Colorado 81434, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations at the Somerset Mine. The technical revision proposes to modify the B-Seam mine plan. The Somerset Mine permit area is located in portions of the following described lands: Township 12 South, Range 90 West, 6th PM Sec. 31: Lot 12, 13, 14 Township 13 South.
