EXHIBIT D
C.F. and R.M. Cooper Trust Pit #7
Mining Plan
A. The material will be moved by front-end loaders and trucks. A bulldozer will be
used in locations where a loader is impractical due to loose footing.
B. The topsoil and subsoil will be removed by front-end loader and bulldozer and
separately stockpiled for use in reclamation. After mining moves toward the North and
East, as the topsoil is stripped it will be placed on regraded areas.
C. Reclamation will be ongoing as the site is mined. The active area to the East
will be continued until exhausted, active mining will move to Northeast and East.
Reclamation will proceed as mining moves Northeast and East with topsoil and planted
with native grasses with ground sloped 3:1 where necessary.
F. Material to be mined is gravel and sand of varying depth from zero to 3 foot of
topsoil overburden. Straight below material is rock and will not be disturbed.
G.
