Box 986, 460 N. M in, Alma, <br />Colorado 80421, has filed an application for a M'ning and <br />Reclamation Permit with The Colorado Mined Land Reclama ion Board <br />under provisions of The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The <br />proposed mine is located at: <br />SW1/4 NE1/4, W1/2 NW1/4 NE1/4, SE1/4 NE1/4 <br />NW1/4, SW1/4 SE1/4, all in Section 12. <br />Township 9 South, Range 78 West, except those <br />lands West of.~olorado Highway No. 9; and <br />Wl/2 SWl/4, Section 7, Township 9 South, Range <br />77 West, except those lands East of the <br />Colorado Springs Water Pipe. <br />The proposed date of commencement is May, 1990 and th proposed <br />date of completion is September, 2000. The proposed fut re use of <br />the land will be historic post-mining and limited wildlif habitat. <br />Additional information and tentative hearing date may b obtained <br />from The Mined Land Reclamation Board, Room 423, 1313 Sherman <br />Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303)866-3567, or Park Co my Clerk <br />and Recorder, or the above-named applicant. <br />Written comments must be filed with The Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board by 5:00 p.m. on April 26, 1990. <br />
