I reviewed the package of material Seneca Coal Company sent for RN-O1 for the Yoast Mine to
Update the Owners and Controllers Information.
I only found a couple of discrepancies:
Peabody Holding Co. Inc.:
1) In the submittal (dated 1/10/00), a Jeffery L. Klinger is listed as Chief Legal Officer with a
Begin Date of 9/26/90. This information is not listed in the AVS. Please have AVS updated
if this information is correct.
2) In the submittal (dated 1/l0/00), a George Holway is listed as Vice President with a Begin
Date of 10/20/99. In AVS George Holway is listed as VP with a Begin Date of 6/IS/98.
Please either revise your submittal to show the correct date or have AVS updated to show
the correct date.
P & L Coal Holdings Corgi
