Note that the Dam Safety Section of the Office of <br />the State Engineer processes these applications, and that approval is contingent upon filing of <br />the required fee and application and compliance with CRS 35-49-101. <br />As such, an application is enclosed for your use. If the permit is granted, this office will <br />not object to permanent status for Pond F.
