He advised that Hallibtuton says it can generrate the pea
gravel behind the grated liner to achieve a seal of the water formation.
We need a written commitment from Halliburton that they warrant a leak proof
seal of the water bearing fnnnatinna being grouted off.
While not a geo]ogist, petroleum engineer, etc., I have owned and drilled a good
number of wells. Getting a leak proof seal behind the pea gravel may be difficult and I
do not need any more falsehoods and misrepresentations from Basin after l4 yeazs of
such activity.
if you will talk with Shawn Reed at (303) 899-4708 at 1-lalliburtott Denver I
believe he will tell you my concerns are right on point.
Please advise the vazious formations to be cement sealed and the depths.
Very truly yours,
LAW OFFICE OF JIM TATUM
J' Tatum
ce: Linda McMillen, Esq.
Shaw & Quigg, P.C.
501 N.
