18) The Probable Hydrologic Consequences narrative in permit section 2.4.2. l and Appendix <br />N should be amended as appropriate to reflect inflow rates encountered following <br />resumption of mining in 2000. <br />Response: see attachment /tem #/1 new pages 2--15 and 1--17 that address the Probable <br />Hydrologic Consequences narratrve. No changes are needed to Appendix N at this time. <br />2.05.6(61 Subsidence Survev. Subsidence Monitoring and Subsidence Control Plan <br />19) Pursuant to Rule 4.20.2, please note that the mining schedule will need to be distributed <br />by mail to all owners of property within the area above the underground workings and <br />adjacent areas that could potentionally be affected by subsidence, at least six months <br />prior to mining beneath the property. Please provide such notice as required to the <br />private property owners listed on Figure 1.1-3a, at least 6 months prior to initiation of <br />mining beneath their properties, and provide documentation of such notice to the <br />Division. <br />Response: The mining schedule will be distributed by mail [o all owners ofproperty within the <br />area above the underground workings and adjacent areas that could potentially be affected by <br />subsidence, at least .sis months prior to mining henealh the property.
