References to the mines being idled during the strike have <br />been changed to reference slowed production. <br />2. Jim Pendleton agrees that Cyprus can mine unde~~the Williams <br />Fork AVF if it can convince the Division that it can repair <br />any possible damage to the hydrologic balance. <br />These suggestions will be incorporated into the Division's findings <br />document of RN-02 as well.
