You will also find copies of revised maps for your
file in this packet. A copy of Uus response will be placed for review with the Montrose
County Clerks office and a receipt will be submitted showing that placement.
Exhibit - CPre-mining and Mining Plan maps
Revisions have been made as you suggested, the power line pole has always been on
the map but the direction of the line and the overhead wires were not show. I have made
this change on all three maps. As we noted in the text, mining would be in a clock wise
direction and I have added arrows to show this graphically on the Mining Plan Map -Map
Exhibit C-1.
I have discussed the building shown on the map, near the old gravel mine with Mr.
Rife. He said it does not exist at this time. It seems that it was removed some time before
they purchased the property. I have removed it from the maps to avoid further confusion.
The structure you noted is the southeast corner of the site is an irrigation diversion structure
that dvects water to the site from the main feeder ditch running along the south line of the
east pazcel. I have labeled it on the maps, and it is owned by S & R Properties. All other
significant structures are shown on the maps.
