Lochhead <br />Executive Director <br />M¢hael B Long <br />Division Director <br />On December 3, 1997 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Conversion application <br />submitted to the Division on August 27, 1997, addressing the following: <br />Increase permit area from 9.9 acres to 45 acres; convert 1 lOc permit to regular l 12c permit; <br />identify as intermittently active operation; <br />Requirement of conversion approval: not more than l0 acres to be disturbed at any given time. <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M-81-220. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-81-220 remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />Because this is a County operation, there is no required financial warranty to be submitted.
