Walther <br />E.ecmrve Direnor <br />Michael B. loop <br />Dlvis~on Director <br />The Division has received Mike Lsy's statement of certification and the pipeline pressure testing results <br />for the twin 3-Dam seep water pipelines at the Henderson Mill. This letter will serve as the Division's <br />acceptance of the certification as required by Rule 7.3.2(3) of the Hazd Rock/Metal Mining Rules and <br />Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd. The pipelines are Environmental Protection Facilities <br />as defined in the regulations and may now be placed into service in accordance with Rule 7.3.1(5). 3-Dam <br />seep water will be managed during the next several months under the winterization plan described in the <br />Division's inspection report dated November 14, 2000. A statement on the functionality of the 3-Dam <br />pump station is pending to complete the documentation for the winterization plan.
