Please describe the estimated depth to which soil, suitable as a <br />~ plant growth medium, will be salvaged for use in the reclamation <br />process. <br />/2. In addition to topsoil, is there any overburden to be removed? If <br />so, please indicate the average thickness and show where it will <br />I"'df" be stockpiled on Map Exhibit C. <br />3. Topsoil stockpiles which will remain undisturbed for a period of <br />i more than one growing season need to be stabilized. Please state <br />your commitment to apply the following temporary seed mix <br />(recommend fall seeding): <br />Smooth brome 10#/acre <br />Crested wheatgrass 5#/acre <br />Regreen* 5-10#/acre <br />* cereal wheat x wheatgrasss hybrid <br />/4. Based on past experience, please provide the estimated dates that <br />mining will commence and end. It is understood that the actual <br />~,~r dates of operation may vary from the estimate. If applicable, you <br />may wish to include the information for temporary cessation (see <br />Rule 1.13 and 1.13.7). <br />,/5.
