The
adequacy review letter was indeed based on review of the SAE
demonstration dated January 31, 1995, as it was provided with the
MR,>~150 application and identified as the as-built designs. The
Division is aware of some on-the-ground changes that are needed now
that the area is constructed. The Division understands the revised
SAE demonstration provided with Greystone's responses reflects
those changes. If this is incorrect, please notify us.
1. The response is acceptable. However, the Division recommends
that MCC utilize additional (not required by the SAE
demonstration) sediment control practices where ever it is
appropriate to further protect the undisturbed areas.
2. The Division appreciates the clarification provided regarding
the structure located below C-3. The schematic in Attachment
3 was very helpful.
3. Response acceptable.
4. Response acceptable.
5. The Division is satisfied with the SAE demonstration as
provided in the May 4th responses. Map 54A should be revised
and submitted to the Division prior to approval of this minor
revision.
6. It appears from the discussion provided, feather ditches will
still be utilized at the topsoil pile at D-1 and D-2. Please
verify.
