Responses from agencies notified by the Division of the complete <br />application were due at the Division by October 14, 2006. Public notification of the application by The <br />Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Co (P&M) was made in the Steamboat Pilot and & Today on October <br />8, 2006, and the public comment period closed on October 18, 2006.
