Listed below is a brief description of each change. <br />1) Page 2.03, Section 2.03.4(4)(a).....I have removed text dealing with <br />Western Fuels-Utah, Deserado Mine. This operation is no longer associated <br />v~ith the people in charge of Western Fuels-Colorado, New Horizon Mine. <br />2) Page 2.03-13 and 2.03-18, item 23.... V~stem Fuels has recently purchased <br />the surface and mineral rights of this trail of land from Gloria Guire. I have <br />made the necessary changes on Exhibit 2.03.4-1 and Exhibit 2.03.4-2 and <br />the modified maps are enclosed. <br />3) Page 2.03-23, Section 2.03.7(3).... We have only four (4) signed waivers <br />from the owngrs of dwellings within 300 feet of the permit area. This is a <br />carry over from the first approved permit application. I misunderstood the <br />purpose of this section when I revised the permit a year ago. <br />4) Attachment 2.03.8-1, page 2.03.8....
