Attached is a
revised mining plan map and an application fee check for $150.00.
We wish to revise the Phase designations. Phase la and lb would remain as they aze currently
designated. Phase II and III would swap places.
Phase II is currently in the center of the site, with Phase III to the south and adjacent to the
southern permit boundary. With this revision, Phase II would be adjacent to the south permit
boundary and Phase III would be in the center of the site.
This revision does not change any other aspects of the mining operation or any aspects of the
reclamation plans. This revision does not request a change in permit acreage or permitted
disturbance azea. Bonding for reclamation also will not change as there will not be a change to
the maximum allowable active disturbance area at the site.
We look forward to the approval of this permit revision. Please give me a call if you have any
questions or comments on this request.
Cordially,
TUFT-L-~ APPLEGATE, INC.
~ ~ ~
P ela E.
