I, ~N CI~`L ~ST~2 trAL~D do solemnly swear that I am the Publisher of the Eastern Colorado Plainsman, a weekly newspaper printed and published in the Town of Hugo, in the County of Lincoln, Stale of Colorado, and having a general circulation therein; that said newspaper has been continuously and unintertup[edly published in said County fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks next prior to the first publication of the annexed notice, and tha[ said newspaper is a newspaper within the meaning of the act of the General Assembly of the State of Colorado, approved March 30, 1923, being Chapter 139, Session Laws of 1923, as amended by Chapter 113 of the Session Laws of 1931, and as amended by Chapter 156 of [he Session Laws of 1935; that said newspaper has been admitted to the United States mails as second-class matter under the provisions of the Act of Congress of March 3, 1 g79, or any amendments thereof, that the annexed notice was pub- lished in the regular and entire issue of every number of said weekly newspaper for a period of ~ n f consecutive issues, and [hat the first publication of said notice was in the issue of said newspaper doled ~~1~ 3 A.D., 19~, and that the last publication was in the issue of said newspaper dated J~ 3 , A.D., 19~.
