While
there are some significant questions surrounding the appropriateness of revising or
updating this section, we are complying with the request in an effort to "put the issue to
rest", for what is hoped will be the remainder of the life of the permit. One fails to see
how the "final reclamation" goals of either the CDMG or Coors Energy are advanced by
further revisitation of this topic; when, in fact, we may find ourselves only stymied in
efforts to restore an environment more hospitable to the wildlife of the area.
It is our belief that the enclosed submittal is complete and satisfactory, as presented.
Should you have any questions, or wish to discuss the Minor Revision, please contact me
at 303 277-3455.
Sincerely,
-~
D~ MacD
Manager, Energy Services
enclosures
pc: G.
