I feel Mr. Watkins addressed our questions and concerns
very thoroughly. He stated that Butala Construction is regulated by the
Department of Health in regard to the dust that will be emitted by the
crushing and mining operation.
Mr. Watkins went on to explain that based on the information available,
they foresee no problem with the water table being disturbed. He further
explained that in case some problem does occur over time with the well
on our property, Butala (or subsequent owners) would be responsible for
the cost of drilling a new well.
I was very satisfied with the description of the reclamation plan which was
presented to me by Mr. Watkins,
Sincerely,
Wayde P.
