Mr. Berhan Keffelew
February 14, 1990
Page 3
Removal of Concrete Drop Box (4' Lona x 4' Wide x 3' Deep
3' X 16' = 48 SF x 2.62/sf
3.5' X 3.5' = 12.25 sf X 2
1.11 c.y. x 4.32/c.y =
_ $126.00 (walls)
62/sf = 32.00 (floor)
5.00 (removal)
Total Cost of Removal: $163.00
Total Additional Bond Requirement: $1,000.00
In addition to the above modification, WFC proposed to modify
the drainage plan at the inlet to Pond 006. Currently, process
water from the Plant and thickener is conveyed to Pond 006 via
ditch D-21 and culvert C-18. With the installation of the above
described drop box and two six inch conveyance lines to Pond 006,
the culvert and ditch will no longer be required. Through the
elimination of culvert C-18, the surface water currently routed
through culvert C-22 could be ditched directly from ditch D-32 into
D-22 and on to Pond 007.
This revision is being submitted without a designation of
type. WFC is requesting that the Division determine the required
processing of this revision and provide WFC the requirements of its
decision as soon as possible. Regardless of the Division's
decision, an expedited processing and approval would be greatly
appreciated.
If there
modifications
please let me
are any questions regarding the above described
or should you require any additional information,
know.
Sincerely,
Gre E. one
Enviro ntal Coordinator
GEJ:ddm
enclosure
