On January 29, 2007 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Conversion application submitted to
the Division on September 11, 2006, addressing the following;
Convert the 110 permit to a 112c permit for a total of 16.4 acres.
The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-19$4-043. All
other conditions and requirements of Pemtit No. M-1984-043 remain in full force and effect.
The Division estimated a cost to reclaim the site based on information in the Conversion Application, and is attached for
your review. The estimated liability amount of $52,000.00 exceeds the $16,000,00 performance bond ct37mttly held. If
you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $36,000.00. The revision will not be final
until the bond is approved by the Division.
