Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On January 29, 2007 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Conversion application submitted to <br />the Division on September 11, 2006, addressing the following; <br />Convert the 110 permit to a 112c permit for a total of 16.4 acres. <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-19$4-043. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Pemtit No. M-1984-043 remain in full force and effect. <br />The Division estimated a cost to reclaim the site based on information in the Conversion Application, and is attached for <br />your review. The estimated liability amount of $52,000.00 exceeds the $16,000,00 performance bond ct37mttly held. If <br />you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $36,000.00.
