(MCC) has reviewed the Division's adequacy letter dated June 3, 1999, <br />regarding the above referenced technical revision application, and provides the following additional <br />information. <br />I. All existing subsidence survey monuments will remain in place. This commitment has been added <br />to revised page 2.05-122, which is enclosed. <br />2. The commitment [o notify the Division regarding any unusual mechanical response from <br />subsidence within ten working days has been added on revised page 2.05-123 and is enclosed. <br />3. The specific details that the Division has requested appear in our annual reports have been included <br />on revised page 2.05-123. MCC, with the assistance of Rich Dunrud, did complete a fairly detailed <br />visual inspection last fall, which includes a majority of the details requested by the Division. This <br />report has been sent under separate cover. <br />4. bICC will complete the visual inspection as soon as practicable, given ground conditions and <br />accessibility to the areas requiring inspection, to allow reinspection if necessary. <br />5. A commitment to inspect and discuss baseline conditions in [he report has been added on revised <br />page 2.05-123, and is enclosed. <br />Please call if you have any questions. <br />Christine E.
