Long Divisron Di.error The Division of Minerals and Geology hereby issues notice, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, Section 116, Paragraph 4, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, that on January 13, 1997, an application to revise coal mining operations at the Yoast Mine was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The revision was submitted by Seneca Coal Company. All review and cotrtment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. The technical revision request is for a delay in the reclamation schedule and change in the post-mining topography for the area disturbed adjacent to Routt County Road 27, for the areas associated with the 650 drag- line deadhead project. The surface coal mining operation is on land located 7.3 Miles southwest of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: Township 6 North, Ranee 87 West Section 28: Portions of NW/4, NW/4 SW/4 Section 29: Portions of E/2 SE/4, SW/4 SE/4 Section 32: Portions of W/2 E/2 Township 5 North. Ranee 87 West Section 5: Portions of W/2 E/2 Section 8: NW/4, SW/4, W/2 NE/4, W/2 SE/4 Section 16: SW/4 NW/4, NW/4 SW/4, and portions of SW/4 SW/4, NW/4 NW/4, SE/4 NW/4, NE/4 SW/4, NW/4 SE/4 Section 17: All Section 18: NE74 SEl4, S/2 SE/4 Section 19: E/2 and portions of E/2 W/2 Section 20: SW/4 NW/4, W/2 SW/4, N/2 NW/4, and portions of N/2 NE/4 Section 29: NW/4 NW/4 Section 30: N2 NE/4 The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle maps of Dunckley and M[.
