Rule 6.3.3 (f) Refer to revised mining plan map. Dotted line indicates boundary of <br />disturbance for the extraction area. <br />2. Rule 6.3.3 (I) In addition to the description mentioned in the submitted amendment, upon <br />completion of mining all slopes will be left no steeper than 3 horizontal to 1 vertical, then <br />revegetated. Such sloping and revege[a[ion should insure a stable configuratipn for <br />proposed future use as rangeland. To prevent the possibility of sediment-IadeP water <br />from leaving the site, placement of a sediment control dam at the downs[reamj penni[ <br />boundaq~ measuring approximately 75 feet in length will be used as a controlimeasure. <br />Refer to revised mining map. <br />Exhibit D- Reclamation Plan <br />I . Additional topsoil material from [he newly disturbed area or imported topsoil material [o <br />provide quantities sufficient to replace 3-4 inches for the entire reclaimed area will be <br />provided.
