The revision will update the Identification of <br />Interests segment of the permit docwnent to reflect the recent consolidation of <br />Cyprus Amax and other incidental changes which have oa:urred in the officers and <br />directors of OOVCC. <br />The enclosed minor revision application wnsists of one (1) revised Table of <br />Contents for Volume 1, Part 2.03, two (2) revised permit text pages (2.03-3 and <br />2.03-13G), and the addition of an appendix to Volume 1, Part 2.03. Several <br />permit text pages currently found in the docwnent are deleted and are in effect <br />replaced by the new appendix to Part 2.03. This minor change in format will make <br />future updates of this nature much easier to incorporate into the permit <br />docimtient. The recently revised Page 2.03-3 maintains the language required by <br />Stipulation No. 41 regarding Mitsubishi Corporations cwmership and wntrol <br />status as it pertains to Orchard Valley. <br />questions, please contact me as soon as possible at 303-527-4135. <br />No significant changes to the mining or reclamation plans will result from this <br />minor revision to the permit and therefore the existing performance bond remains <br />adequate.
