There is no other relationship between the <br />two companies. <br />2) As noted in the revised Section 2.03.4, HG Coal Company <br />is the operator and permittee of the HG Mine. <br />3) Officers for HG Coal Company have been included in the <br />Section 2.03.4. In addition we have also revised Section <br />2.03.4 to include ownership and control information for <br />Colowyo Coal Company L.P. and Grace Energy Corporation. <br />4) The end dates for the two officers of Coalgrace Inc. are <br />as follows. The documentation of their resignation is <br />also attached herein. You will note that the information <br />provides documentation of their resignations from all <br />corporations. <br />
