Oxbow has provided the certified <br />"As-Built" drawings and Montgomery Watson has provided the required embankment stability <br />analysis in partial fulfillment of the stipulations. As discussed with you on the phone <br />yesterday, we are working on the stipulated PHC documentation but will not have the <br />laboratory analyses results for the recently obtained discharge water sample(s) until mid- to late- <br />next week. Accordingly, we are requesting an extension of the due date for submittal of the <br />stipulation response until Friday June 18'h, 1999. <br />We appreciate your consideration of this request.
