<br />This letter is to inform you that the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology is proposing to approve with
<br />conditions a revision application for a coal mining and reclamation permit. The application was submitted by
<br />Pacific Basin Resources on May 13, 1996, for the Sanborn Creek Mine.
