Public notice of the proposed decision will be published in The Glenwood
Post in the near future. Publication of the notice will initiate a 10-day public comment period.
Barring no objection, fire decision will become final.
The proposed decision reflects your special interest (telephone conversation of November 9,
1999) in the road/trail to the former fan shaft azea, a portion of which is located on land managed
by the US Bureau of Land Management. The revision proposes retention of the road/trail in the
final reclamation plan (the bridge is to be removed and the trail closed to vehicle traffic).
Thank you for your interest and participation in this change to the mining permit,
Yours truly,
~c~ ~ Gt/~
B~tSn G.
