Please be advist~ that on Augus[ 6, 2001, Fremont County, whose address and telephone number are 615 Macon
Ave., Canon City, CO 81212; [phone], filed an application to convert M-1989-084, Oak Creek Gravel
Pit, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 1 I2(c) Regulaz Construction Materials Permit.
The Honing and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 23, Township 205, Range 71 W, 6th Prime
Meridian, in Fremont County. The application decision is scheduled for November 5, 2001.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Fremont County Clerk 8c Recorder's office and at the
office of the Di•rision of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Shemlan Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the
newspaper public notice to be considered in Ure application review process by the Division. You should contact
