As we discussed by telephone this morning, this request is
necessary to allow our hydrology consultant (George Hoffman) more time to respond to recently
received TR-70 hydrology comments and to respond to issues relating to the recent OSM/DMG
special focus hydrology inspection. [t is important that our wnsultant respond to TR-70
comments before putting together data and hydrographs for TR-76. Additionally, as you will
recall, we agreed to place our responses to the special focus inspection into the 1996 annual
report document, which George mentioned is taking more time to put together than originally
anticipated.
Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
~k -7"-G~l
Forrest Luke
Environmental Manager
FVL
[tr76eM.doc1
c File 109.2.3.4
TR-76 File
P.0.
