<br />Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />The worst case condition (ie. maxim~an disturbance with no reclamation) <br />is assumed for calculating the estimated financial warranty for this site. <br />The total permit area is 61.02 +/- acres. Of this, approximately 52.78 <br />(say 52.8) acres will be disturbed and require reclamation. The <br />reclamation tasks to be performed are described in Exhibit E. <br />- Final grade pit cut slopes to 4:1. Assure slope <br />length of about 4,730 ft. and cut and fill grading <br />to be done. Total of 42,236 c.y. to be moved <br />(ave. 8.93 c.y./lin. ft) using D-9 dozer (ave. push <br />distance of about 90 ft.). Est. performance using <br />straight blade of 350 c.y./hr. (Cat. performance <br />curves; includes correction factors).
