M-91-073 Conversion Application ~'~,p
Dear James: ~~~~ PiSAa4~
Enclosed please find a revised copy of the conversion~-application for the °il`~J~s
above mentioned pit. You had enclosed copies of coafinents from the Corps
of Engineers and the State Historic Preservation. In our recent 111
application we came across this same matter and they contacted you"and
released us from any of the permits or studies required. Since nothing
has changed and we are just converting to a 110(2), we hope those releases
will still stand.
On question 114-3 you were wondering about a road. Cheyenne County maintains
a road into their pit located 800 feet southeast of our pit. The 600 feet is
p, the distance from our pit to their road.
~U Please feel free to contact us should you have any other questions.
ly yours,
~ ~H
a
y T. Patterson
e Assistant
shire
~.
