The notice shall <br />also include a statement indicating that a public hearing, for the purpose of determining whether <br />the interests of the public and affected landowners will be protected may be requested by <br />contacting the Division in writing within 30 days afer the last publication of the notice. The <br />notice shall also state that any such hearing would be held in the locality of the proposed mining <br />operation; and <br />By exception, the Applicant is found to be in compliance with this rule. This TR 44 does not <br />involve relocation or closure of a public road. <br />Rule 2.07.3(2)(8) <br />If the application includes a request for an experimental practice, a statement indicating than an <br />experimental practice is requested and identifying the provisions of those rules for which a <br />variance is requested. <br />By exception, the Applicant is found to be in compliance with this Rule. This TR 44 does not <br />include a request for an experimental practice. <br />
