These must be received prior to the end of the <br />review period. <br />Please ensure that [he published notices have begun, and that we receive a clipping during the <br />four-week run. Afrer it has finished, you must submit an affidavit of publication prior to the end <br />of the review period. <br />Though I have observed the posted Notice at the site, required pursuant to Rule 1.6.2(L)(b), there <br />is no signed affidavit yet subntted as part of the application. You provided a copy of the Notice <br />and an unsigned affidavit, but one must be submitted with the operator's signature and date. <br />Please do so immediately. <br />As stated in the application form and the l 1/13(98 letter, all additional materials to this application <br />must be filed with the clerk and recorder. Please place this letter and all fiiture responses on file <br />with the clerk's office. Unfortunately, there exist numerous issues which <br />must be addressed, stemming from pas[ operations by past operators, and the complexity of this <br />proposed operation. There is also the need for clear documentation for this site, located in this <br />part of the valley corridor. <br />I look forward to your response. <br />
